What are event rentals?

Event rentals are items made available to rent for the purpose of hosting events. Event rentals may include outdoor tents, stages, draping, lighting, audio visual equipment, tables, chairs, decor, catering items and more.

Normally, people would use event rentals for large gatherings. While large gatherings could be held anytime of year, there are different times when certain types of events are most likely to be held. For example, weddings are normally held in the Summer or early Fall, while corporate events avoid summer time dates since many are on vacation during those months. Many trade shows are held during the time that a conference is also being held since many of the attendees would be the same.

To secure event rentals, you would need to talk with a rental company well in advance of your event. You may want to shop around for a specific item and get several quotes.  It’s best to contact a rental company several months in advance to reserve the items you wish to rent.
